Raspberry Rhubarb Genmaicha Crisp

Dang this bar is just so gorgeous.

I dreamt this flavour up last year by accident but didn’t actually get to make it into a bar!

This gorgeous pink galaxy bar is wrapped in Valrhona’s Raspberry Inspiration couverture. Inside is the most decadent rhubarb ganache topped with an aromatic Genmaicha tea rice crispy.

This is one of my FAVES!
