Since I can’t fly you to Dubai, I suppose this is the next best thing. I took the base of the Knafeh bar and cranked it up to luxury Venessa levels.
This special edition Valentine’s Love bar is wrapped in gold chocolate. Inside is a perfectly toasted kataifi (string phyllo pastry), enrobed in a turmeric gold chocolate ganache and finished with the crunch of pistachio bresilienne.
Yes, I took luxury and wrapped it in luxury, and then topped it with more luxury.
